“Over the past five years, life has been ‘lifing,’” Ethan shares. “I reached a milestone age, lost close friends and peers suddenly, took on caregiving responsibilities for an aging parent, and watched my big sister face cancer again.
All of that makes you sit down, reflect, cry, write, sing, pray, and walk out the faith we’ve heard about our whole lives in church.”

“Trust In The Lord” is a fresh take on a classic hymn, reimagined with Ethan’s fun, quirky Gospel-pop twist.

Originally recorded over a decade ago, the song is being re-released in loving memory of Latisha Boyd-Smith, featuring her anointed vocals alongside her daughters, Arie and Eme.
